The Rental Studios is a company with a decade of experience in the apartment rental sector for both short and long-term stays. We offer various housing options, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, each carefully furnished and fully equipped to ensure our guests a high-quality stay.

Rental Studio offers studios in the most strategic areas of Milan: proximity to business centers, university centers, subways, luxury areas, business areas and entertainment areas.
Our staff is always ready for any type of eventuality that concerns repairs, replacements or small ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
Our qualified and trusted staff cleans together with the change of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen supplied by us. This service is included in the monthly fee.
Reservations, always renewable, may cover short time spans, such as a few days, or long, up to a year. The advance notice time of release of the studios will be only 30 days, without penalty payments.
Air conditioning combined with heat pump make the studios' climate perfect all year round. Each studios is equipped with its own meter to facilitate the control of energy consumption.
All our studios are equipped with armored door and video intercom. In some buildings a 24-hour video surveillance service has been installed.
Some residences have a fast, safe and cheap laundry service. Just leave your clothes inside the special bag; the housekeeper will wash, iron and return your clothes directly to the studios.
