The Broglio Studios attics are located within a four-story building that houses 2 attic apartments, 4 one-bedroom apartments, and 2 lofts designed to meet the needs of students, workers, and companies.

The attics feature a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom complete with a shower, hairdryer, and welcome kit.

The Broglio Studios are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, Sky satellite TV, and a coin-operated laundry room available for all guests.
