Our brand new Milazzo Studios is located on the ground floor of an elegant building and has been designed to meet the needs of business men interested in the fashion district and the excellent location.

The three-room apartment is arranged on 3 levels connected by stairs and windows, which make the environment bright and spacious.

On the ground floor, there is the entrance, the large and fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, and a bathroom.

On the upper floor, there is a spacious living area with a smart TV, a large corner sofa, and a double bedroom with a walk-in closet.

On the basement level, you'll find the wellness area, featuring a double whirlpool tub, a designer armchair, a large wardrobe, and an additional double bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and welcome kit.

We have enriched the location with many options: air conditioning in all rooms, bed linen, kitchen towels and towels.
