Our residence, Maffucci Studios, offers comfortable accommodations for students and workers. Located in a four-story building, it has a total of 15 studios.
All apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower, including a hairdryer and a welcome kit. Some apartments also feature balconies or terraces.
The studios are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, and a coin-operated laundry room available for all our guests.
The Maffucci Studios residence is located near the Politecnico di Milano Bovisa campus, just a 5-minute walk away.
Film Studios is an excellent choice for travelers interested in historic centers, well-organized public transport, and culture.
Milano Bovisa-Politecnico railway station about 10 minutes on foot.
